Part 3 {The Deciding Series}

Part three is the final part of The Deciding Series I have had some very positive comments through the last two posts, and I’m glad that you are encouraged with what I write!

This post is looking at living the right decisions. I am rather sorry that I’ve written four posts in two days, but when you are being inspired by the Spirit there isn’t much you can do!

“For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers.” -Proverbs 11:14 (NIV)

God sent his Holy Spirit for a reason to help us when we are need, to encourage us when we are in want. A very important part of Deciding is the trust, trust God the Spirit will help you when you need it most.

So, living the right decisions takes the two stages: Seeing the difference between right and wrong, and stepping back and thinking it through. It’s easier to read and understand than go out and do it.

Remembering to ask for guidance is a key point in deciding, I have found as you will that it is an amazing experience to go through!

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” -James 1:5 (NIV)

So going back to the movie story two posts back: You told your friends, a few of them thought you were really weird, but one of your friends who you didn’t know to well came up to you and you got to talking about your faith. She said she had watched the movie and wished she hadn’t and she said that you had done the right thing.

And you did do the right thing! *sends up fireworks of congratulation*

Now, go out and live those right decisions!
